Team driven solutions,
that save our clients time and money.

Here are a few examples of different ways we think and work to bring unexpected value to our commercial and multi-residential snow removal clients, and continuously strive to prove our worth as partners.

1 CHALLENGE ONE

Coordinating and moving multiple large trailers in the storage yard wastes precious hours while our crews wait to clear snow.

OUR SOLUTION

Customized Swing Blades

We designed and manufactured attachable ‘swing blades’ to clear the snow under large trailers without having to move them. This solution reducing wasted billable hours that clients normally have to absorb.

2 CHALLENGE TWO

Many aged parking lots are challenging to keep “Bare” to the asphalt with many dips and uneven surfaces.

OUR SOLUTION

Full Hydraulic and
“Live” Edge Blades

All of our Heavy Gear is equipped with the best available Full Hydraulic and “Live” Edge blades to remove and relocate the snow in the most efficient manner in the industry. The high capital attachments save time and money on removal deciding costs.

3 CHALLENGE THREE

Walkways provide an ongoing clearing challenge after the storm.

OUR SOLUTION

Provide On-Site Equipment
We included a smaller site tractor in our client’s snow removal contract so they could resolve immediate and ongoing walkway needs, without eating the cost of having larger equipment returning.

4 CHALLENGE FOUR

Possibility that equipment failure leaves a client’s lots snow packed.

OUR SOLUTION

Establish Fleet Consistency & Maintain Our Own Equipment

Ensuring consistency across our full fleet with compatible Volvo machines means we always have a deep inventory of parts on hand. In addition, we have our own maintenance and repair shop that employs full-time mechanics. Also, after every substantial storm, each machine is inspected and serviced as required. Repairing our own equipment ensures client service levels never dip. After the supply chain challenges, we've seen this year, we are especially thankful for the foresight.

5 CHALLENGE FIVE

Loading and hauling large piles of snow offsite is costly.

OUR SOLUTION

Employ Our Supersized Snowblower

When space and location allow, our supersized snowblower can eat monster snow piles without the extra equipment.

6 CHALLENGE SIX

Time wasted when loaders and plows return to re-fuel, and restock.

OUR SOLUTION

Mobile Support Truck

During snow storms, our Bare Asphalt Snow Removal Field Support Unit makes the rounds with fuel, tools, fluids, parts (and even food) to keep our people working during a storm.

7 CHALLENGE SEVEN

Waiting on 3rd party salt deliveries for clients, left us all on slippery ground.

OUR SOLUTION

CPM Salt Storage Facility

We built a large Dry Salt Storage facility at our Bare Asphalt Snow Removal Headquarters, which allows us to stock required salt levels - and handle multiple applications without running low.
