4 CHALLENGE FOUR
Possibility that equipment failure leaves a client’s lots snow packed.
OUR SOLUTION
Establish Fleet Consistency & Maintain Our Own Equipment
Ensuring consistency across our full fleet with compatible Volvo machines means we always have a deep inventory of parts on hand. In addition, we have our own maintenance and repair shop that employs full-time mechanics. Also, after every substantial storm, each machine is inspected and serviced as required. Repairing our own equipment ensures client service levels never dip. After the supply chain challenges, we've seen this year, we are especially thankful for the foresight.

Employ Our Supersized Snowblower
When space and location allow, our supersized snowblower can eat monster snow piles without the extra equipment.
6 CHALLENGE SIX

OUR SOLUTION
Mobile Support Truck
During snow storms, our Bare Asphalt Snow Removal Field Support Unit makes the rounds with fuel, tools, fluids, parts (and even food) to keep our people working during a storm.
