Accelerating site survey and documentation to close land deal.

OUR SOLUTION

The client’s building revisions needed to be rushed to ensure the updated configuration would get approved. Our team did a complete site survey and redesign in 36 hrs to ensure the land sale could be closed on time.

2 CHALLENGE TWO

Unexpected location challenges demanded we work as partners with design team.

OUR SOLUTION

New location requirements required us to provide a “drop everything” in-depth analysis to address new design needs. To expedite and approve construction drawings we contributed updated design recommendations with minimal implications, which were welcomed whole heartedly by the design team.

1 CHALLENGE ONE

Completing project on-time despite “red-tape” delays.

OUR SOLUTION

Anticipating final project approval, we presented a “Construction Management” type contract and a Class B budget within 10 days. This meant that all the pricing did not need to be in place before starting the project, which accelerated the completion timeline. We completed the project 4 days ahead of schedule, and came in at 4% under the Class B budget.
