1 CHALLENGE ONE
We met with every client owner who had a location due for updating in person, no matter where it was located in Atlantic Canada. We personally reviewed the brand standards and proposed alternate strategies and material changes with each to significantly lower construction costs, without compromising the dining or operating experience.
2 CHALLENGE TWO
Each location required a 10-Day mandatory re-fit completion schedule from start to finish – which required that sub-trades, along with our own in-house finishers coordinate and sequence tasks like a Formula 1 pit crew. We repeated the same process for every location and scheduled each element into hours vs. days and hit the mark like a well-oiled team.
3 CHALLENGE THREE
In some of the client locations (Cornerbrook, NL & Walkerton, ON) third party General Contractors laughed at the 10 day completion schedule and refused the work. This put the clients at risk of being closed for longer periods and inflated lost revenue - so we put a plan together (with associated costs) to mobilize our team to these locations, and had them back up and running in 10 days.
