Reduce Pre-Construction Estimate

OUR SOLUTION

Provided alternate solutions to scope of work, materials and finishes that met CP’s brand standards and quality expectations, in order to get approval to begin construction. During the process we tracked over $400K in savings – and the final project close-outs on both locations came in under budget.

2 CHALLENGE TWO

Compress Completion Schedule

OUR SOLUTION

We rectified an obvious scope gap between trades, added a project coordinator, held daily team calls to proactively ensure everything was on schedule with sub-trades for the following day. We also collaborated with the clients management team (making our team available at all times) to discuss critical tasks from early morning to late evening to ensure we stayed on track without hindering their operations.

Operate During Renovations

OUR SOLUTION

We met and organized work-flow logistics with Hotel Management, and opened a 24hr line of communication. Our team also maintained a guest schedule at all times during the year when rooms were occupied, and negotiated work times with our sub-trade professionals to mitigate noise complaints.
